Tap Happy

 

The Challenge

With the launch of the Compass Card system, TransLink helped bring Vancouver’s transit system into the modern-day. And as further enhancements were released there was a need to communicate the increased benefits to riders while at the same time improving positive sentiment of TransLink.

Trouble was, the topic of transit was rather dry and existing perceptions were already critical.

 

The Solution

If we needed the outcome to be positive, the work had to be positive.

What better way was there to lift spirits and celebrate these updates to the tap-based system than a light-hearted and fun campaign that embraced the joy of tap dance.
