The Challenge

BCLC were making significant operational changes to their rewards program to modernize the way in which members could earn and redeem points. Moreover, a new visual identity was required for the very outdated Encore Rewards brand that could elevate it to complement the new and improved offering.

 

The Solution

Members needed to feel valued and part of something exclusive.

To appeal to their aspirations, an elegant and contemporary design used bold colours and iconography to bring sophistication and style to an outdated and dusty old brand.
