The Challenge
BCLC needed to attract net new customers into casinos. The challenge was that we were targeting British Columbians that were open to the idea of going to the casino, but hadn’t gone in over a year. We needed to reposition a night at the casino in a way that would resonate to those who wanted to shake up their usual night out.
The Solution
We embraced what made the casino unique - chance. And we applied that to the idea of a night out.
To intrigue those wanting a break from normality, and appeal to their curious nature, we showcased how the range of entertainment all under one roof could lead to a night of unexpected outcomes and excitement. It was a night out where you felt like anything could happen. Would happen. A night out which is always different.
